The 10X Leaders Bootcamp will take place in quiet and peaceful area near the east coast of Sardinia.
It is a 10-minute drive from one of the exclusive beaches of Costa Rei. The Bootcamp will be organised in an exclusive property surrounded by about 10.000 sqm of land.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and with the most modern technical and technological devices. There are also other attractions included in the program. We pick you up from the Caliagri airport and take you straight to the Bootcamp.

I am Zsolt Kubecska
In the last +25 years, I have led various companies to success as a CEO and brought people to the next level of their development. My personal story “from refugee child to entrepreneur” has taught me that circumstances are not important and we can achieve anything we firmly decide, imagine in our minds and persistently pursue. Our mindset makes the difference.
Today I dedicate my life to sharing the enormous 10X treasures I have collected. For those who truly want to grow and choose to make their life a masterpiece.

I am an experienced Project Manager, English Coach and Business Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the area of conducting training sessions in the business, personal development and educational field. My experience in the entrepreneurial world has allowed me to adopt forward-thinking initiatives, with a deep understanding of what it takes to build a company from scratch. I am an effective communicator with capabilities in assisting companies with solving everyday issues. I am a passionate coach and trainer eager to contribute by helping you to achieve your company goals.
